This web site is managed and
operated by the University of Hawai‘i Foundation. In November 2002 the University of Hawai‘i’s
Board of Regents unanimously approved of locating alumni relations with the
Foundation in order to, “address the increasing need to generate external funds
for the university, provide consistency and efficiency in funding alumni
programs by uniting the alumni affairs program with the university’s
development, advancement and fund raising agency, and to design, implement and
