The Foundation owns and maintains a comprehensive database of information on University of Hawaiʻi System alumni and donors in accordance with the general needs and expectations of the Foundation and the University of Hawaiʻi System.

The Foundation occasionally receives personal information through various forms throughout its website, such as for event registrations, membership applications, award nominations, volunteer opportunities, and updates to the alumni directory.

The type of information collected can include, but is not limited to, name, address, phone number(s), email address(es), graduation year and college/school/department.

Information received and on file with the Foundation is safeguarded in a number of ways.
