As a user of the University of Hawaiʻi Foundation’s Integrated Financial and Administrative Solution ("IFAS"), I understand and agree to abide by the following terms which will govern my access.

Access is being granted to me by the University of Hawaiʻi Foundation ("Foundation") as a necessary privilege in order to ensure Foundation funds are being used reasonable and appropriately as well as conform to the account’s purpose.

I understand that my support is needed to ensure that Foundation funds are used in a manner that provides the best possible benefit for the University of Hawaiʻi ("university"). I further understand that donors provide these funds in order to make the university a better place; and this intent should be foremost in consideration as the funds are used. I also understand the funds must be used in accordance with the specific intent of the donor.

Usage Guidelines

I understand and agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. All information access on the IFAS system is considered confidential information and I promise not to disclose, use, duplicate, or otherwise divulge information from IFAS excepted as noted in number 2 below.
  2. I certify that accounts and related information I have access to will only be used for university and/or Foundation business purposes, and no attempt will be made to access any other accounts, data files, or programs on the Foundation’s systems.
  3. Access passwords will be provided to those individuals who have authorization. These passwords must not be divulged to any other persons. PASSWORDS MUST NOT BE SHARED. EACH USER MUST HAVE A UNIQUE LOGON. Passwords should not be written down nor displayed near the terminal. The passwords should not be embedded in any terminal access function (e.g. automatic logon macro or script).
  4. I understand that access to IFAS is a privilege that may be revoked if misued.
