As a user of the University of Hawaiʻi
Foundation’s Integrated Financial and Administrative Solution ("IFAS"), I understand and agree
to abide by the following terms which will govern my access.
Access is being granted to me by the University of Hawaiʻi
Foundation ("Foundation") as a necessary privilege in order to ensure Foundation funds are being used reasonable and
appropriately as well as conform to the account’s purpose.
I understand that my support is needed to ensure that Foundation funds are used in a manner that provides the best
possible benefit for the University of Hawaiʻi
("university"). I further understand that donors provide these funds in order to make the university a better place;
and this intent should be foremost in consideration as the funds are used. I also understand the funds must be used
in accordance with the specific intent of the donor.
